This is an exciting opportunity to be the Product Specialist at Cognitive Credit with huge growth potential as the company scales.


We are looking for a highly motivated person who will be the Product expert and support Sales and Client Success, in their work with clients and prospects. You will be responsible for introducing prospective users to our Application and increasing usage for existing users. You will be the expert in our product, the external face of the Application across our whole user engagement strategy.

This role requires an ability to work across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be data-driven, and have knowledge of Credit Markets along with an interest and exposure in user engagement and training.

This role reports into the VP of Product & Strategy.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective training at different phases of the client life cycle - including trial demonstrations, client training during onboarding, and ongoing client education of the Cognitive Credit application
  • Uncover client pain points and new use cases
  • Be part of creating a knowledge program that incorporates virtual and in-person sessions as well as collateral such as PDFs, slideshows, knowledge centers, email programs and videos
  • Be the Application expert, helping clients and colleagues alike understand and get up to speed with functionality
  • Create best practices and help decide on tooling and processes for content creation and dissemination
  • Use data-driven insight to measure results of usage and continually evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge program and processes
  • Be part of forming the appropriate delivery method to achieve the defined goals and outcomes (i.e.instructor-led, on-demand e-learning, live/remote webinar)
  • Be the primary point of contact for incoming client requests relating to the Application


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Start-up experience or equivalent
  • Fixed income/Credit experience
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills
  • Fluent in English
  • An interest in teaching and training
  • Self-started with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects, in a fast phase environment
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail


Ability to work flexible hours as part of the team is based in the US and travel as required. The majority of engagements with clients and prospects are delivered virtually, however, this position may require travel to clients and prospects on a case by case basis.
